It's been a while now, sorry people who check for updated on a regular basis. I dont even remember when the my last post was. But I have now been back in Rundu for 5 days since my fantastic holiday in South Africa with my mom, and a long weekend in Windhoek at the Cardboard Box Backpackers. Here I met some Norwegian Pre-school teacher students, and some Swedish music students all living at the Cardboard box until the summer starts. I can't wait to go back for our half-way meeting with SCORE in Windhoek so I can hang out with them again.
My work in Rundu is staining and draining me for a lot of energy. It seems I am working against everyone, and it is so hard to get people along. I feel I have to push and pressure, and that is not how it's supposed to be. I cannot wait to get home! And sometimes I feel like just giving up and going home now, but that-I promise- will not happen. Originally we were supposed to be finished May 6, but it seems that will change and we will be finished earlier. Since I have to be in Jo-burg on the 23 of June for a World Cup game this gives me a great opportunity to travel. Some of the other volunteers and I are planning a round trip in southern Africa: Namibia-Zambia-Malawi-Mozambique-South Africa. Maybe if we have time...
I have to go to a meeting... just hoping someone will show up..
